Operational discipline. Business judgment.
NOMS is led by experience developed in military, executive protection, and enterprise security environments.

Chase Ozbirn
Chase Ozbirn is a former U.S. Army Ranger with eight years of military service and six combat deployments. His military background developed expertise in leadership, operational planning, risk management, and decision-making in complex, high-consequence environments.
After military service, Chase transitioned into executive protection and corporate security. His professional experience includes Gavin de Becker & Associates, AS Solution, and other respected protective-security organizations, supporting executives, organizations, and global operations.
He founded NOMS Consulting to deliver discreet, adaptable, and business-aligned security support—combining operational rigor with the professionalism and judgment expected by corporate leaders, family offices, and private clients.
Previous employment and experience are listed solely as professional background and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or current affiliation.
NOMS approaches protection as a business-enabling function. The standard is not simply whether an incident was avoided; it is whether the client was able to operate confidently, efficiently, and without unnecessary disruption.
